Service Description
The Neighborhood Free Health Clinic is providing free cardiovascular screenings that assess participants' risk of having a heart attack or stroke. The screening takes around 15 minutes and consists of taking a brief health history, blood pressure, and a finger prick to measure HBA1C and triglyceride levels. Our providers will educate participants on the results of their screening and advise them on healthy lifestyle behaviors that promote heart health. You must be between the ages of 40 and 75 to participate. No insurance is necessary. Call today to set up an appointment.
